This position is responsible for assisting in daily meal preparation and site organization including record keeping and delivery of food to designated locations. Applicant will be responsible for the production of menu preparation, completing weekly inventory, and Central Kitchen site record keeping. Applicant will be responsible to oversee mobile equipment meet safe and sanitary conditions for transport and to monitor all food production to ensure that food quantity and quality are packaged to meet the Health and Safety guideline for transport. Applicants must have a minimum of high school diploma or GED, valid driver license, good communication skills, basic mathematics and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast pace environment. Applicants must pass a physical examination, TB Skin Test and assist in other duties within the program if needed. Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting and ability to operate a delivery vehicle.
